Now you can. Join the 1st Private Property Club, a subsidiary
of HIX Real Estate (established in 1962), who are offering a
new scheme to fulfill your wishes.

The Club offers you to buy-in, one fifth shares of a particular
property which you can inspect. The valuation of this property
will be pegged to a figure which is less than the market price,
or expected sale price.

While you own this share you will receive a rate of interest
depending on the length of your membership, minimum 3%,
and you can also opt out by just giving 2 months notice. If you
still own  the share of the property on the date of the sale, you
also share in the profit. Easy !

The properties on offer include Garages valued at Lm6,000,
flats at Lm40,000, Lm50,000, and higher; locations in Sliema,
St. Julians, B'Bugia, etc.,
